Handmade to Order
All of our bags are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. As each piece is created especially for you, refunds and returns are not accepted at this time. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before purchasing.

Shipping Information
Free shipping within New Zealand on all orders.

International Shipping: Currently, I'm only able to ship to New Zealand and Australia.

Processing Time: Since each bag is made to order, orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 weeks of the order being placed. You will receive an update when your bag is ready for shipment, including tracking information.
Please note that during peak periods, processing times may vary slightly.

Items are shipped from Auckland, NZ. Approx delivery windows:

Damaged or Faulty Items
While I take every measure to ensure your item is packaged securely, accidents can occasionally happen. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. You can contact me with the following details:

Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the handmade nature of our bags, cancellations or changes to an order once it has been placed are not accepted. Please double-check your order details before finalising your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Items
Once your order has been shipped, I am unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items. I encourage you to track your parcel using the tracking number provided. If your item has not arrived after the estimated delivery date, please get in contact, and I can try assist with the courier.

Custom Orders
For custom orders, please reach get in contact. Custom orders are also handmade to order, and once the design is confirmed, they cannot be canceled or refunded.
